You\u2019ve got food that you can eat but nothing is really sounding good and then it hits you\u2026 SPINACH DIP! You begin rummaging around to see what is available to make this\u2026.Spinach \u221a Cream Cheese \u221a Alfredo Sauce \u221a Mozzarella\u2026 NOPE! So do you give up? Of course not, you improvise and make due with what you have\u2026 Shuffling through the refrigerator, I found a wedge of Asiago, some garlic, sour cream and a bit of parmesan\u2026 enough to give it a shot. Who wouldn\u2019t love hot gooey cheese?<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed)<\/li>\n<li>10 ounces prepared alfredo sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded asiago cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 pkg softened cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>6 ounces sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over the top<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with a spoon until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Place in a glass dish.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle parmesan on the top of the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 30 minutes, or until browned on top slightly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, there\u2019s those moments in life when you are trying to come up with something to eat and you just can\u2019t figure it out.
